CHARLOTTESVILLE CITY COUNCILWOMON KATHY GALVIN will present an update on the Strategic Investment Area (SIA). The presentation will include information on the New Hill Community Development Corporation.  Both the New Hill Community Development Corporation and the SIA deal with the legacy of urban renewal and its destructive consequences to the African American community.
